Условия работы: Работа в стабильной российской компании с собственным производством, более 10 лет на рынке; Сильная дружная команду профессионалов; Полное соблюдение ТК РФ; Стабильный оклад 100 000 руб. и % личных продаж; Удобное расположение шоурума (3 мин. от м. Румянцево). Требования: Опыт работы в продажах от 1 года, желательно в розничных продажах (опыт продаж спортивных товаров, тренажёров, мебели, автомобилей, электроники или другой технически сложной продукции будет преимуществом). Грамотная устная речь, умение общаться с разными типами клиентов. Навыки выявления потребностей и презентации товара. Умение работать с возражениями и доводить клиента до покупки. Ориентация на результат и выполнение плана продаж. Интерес к спорту, фитнесу и здоровому образу жизни. Готовность изучать технические характеристики тренажёров и разбираться в ассортименте. Уверенный пользователь ПК, работа с CRM и кассовыми программами будет плюсом. Опыт работы с 1С УТ, Битрикс24. Ответственность, пунктуальность, аккуратность. Готовность работать в торговом зале и активно взаимодействовать с посетителями. Как преимущество собственные знания в области фитнеса и тренировок. Обязанности: Консультирование клиентов по ассортименту спортивных тренажёров: беговые дорожки, эллиптические и велотренажёры, силовые комплексы и другое оборудование. Выявление потребностей клиента: цели тренировок, уровень подготовки, особенности использования, бюджет. Подбор оптимального тренажёра под задачи и бюджет клиента. Проведение презентаций и демонстрация работы тренажёров. Проведение тест-драйва оборудования и помощь клиенту в выборе. Консультирование по характеристикам, функционалу, комплектации и условиям эксплуатации товара. Работа с возражениями и сомнениями клиентов. Продажа тренажёров, аксессуаров и дополнительных товаров/услуг. Оформление заказов и продаж в CRM/учётной системе. Работа с входящими обращениями: телефон, мессенджеры, сайт и другие каналы. Ведение клиента от первого обращения до оформления покупки. Выполнение индивидуального плана продаж и KPI. * Работа с повторными обращениями и клиентской базой. * Контроль состояния и порядка в торговом зале, поддержание презентабельного вида тренажёров. Участие в приёмке, выкладке товара. Изучение новых моделей и регулярное повышение знаний о продукции. Взаимодействие с отделами доставки, сервиса и другими подразделениями компании. Прошу обратить внимание, что на текущий момент в шоуруме идет ремонт и подготовка к открытию, и временно рабочее место будет находиться в БЦ "НЕО ГЕО" (м. Калужская, ул. Бутлерова, 17).
