Обеспечивать удовлетворение потребности клиентов, связанных с приобретение и последующей эксплуатацией автомобиля. Консультировать клиентов в автосалоне, демонстрировать автомобили, организовывать Тест-драйвы с целью продажи автомобилей клиентам и выполнения личного плана продаж Предлагать клиентам различные виды услуг по приобретению автомобилей и предоставлять профессиональные консультации по каждому виду услуг (traid-in, кредит и т.д.) в целях выполнения плана по объему продаж и повышения качества предоставляемых услуг Контролировать процесс оформления проданных автомобилей, подготовки к выдаче, установки дополнительного оборудования и своевременно осуществлять выдачу автомобилей клиентам. Координировать процесс оценки автомобилей, сдаваемых клиентами по системе traid-in, экспертом в целях определения стоимости автомобиля. Выявлять потребности клиентов в дополнительном оборудовании и осуществлять продажу дополнительного оборудования клиентам в целях выполнения плана по продаже ДО и повышения качества предоставляемых услуг. Консультировать клиентов по телефону по вопросам цены, техническим характеристикам автомобилей, а также предоставляемых услуг с целью привлечения клиентов в автосалон с целью продажи автомобилей и опциона. Подготавливать ежедневные отчеты о контактах с клиентами в салоне по телефону, источнике получения информации о салоне и услугах, ведение журналов тестовых поездок и ведение контроля за закрепленным автомобилем, покупке автомобилей в целях определения спроса отделом маркетинга Дистрибьютора, а также сверку склада с целью выявления застоявшихся автомобилей на складе и контроля выполнения плана, ведение файла потенциального клиента. Осуществлять обзвон клиентов с целью предоставления информации о планируемых акциях, днях открытых дверей, а также после продажи автомобилей для получения обратной связи об автомобиле и автосалоне в целом. Отслеживать ситуацию на автомобильном рынке в части цен и технических характеристик автомобилей конкурентов, специальных акций и т.д. для того, чтобы постоянно быть в курсе текущей ситуации

Высшее образование, Стаж работы по специальности не менее 1 года, Наличие водительских прав и опыта вождения автомобиля
