1. Рассчитывает показатели здоровья населения и показатели деятельности медицинской организации, подразделения. 2. Составляет проект плана развития наркологической службы региона, ГБУЗ ВОКНД для включения его в план социально-экономического развития региона. 3. Планирует на основе анализа конкретной ситуации в регионе оказание наркологической помощи населению. 4. Организует работу по внедрению передового опыта элементов научной организации труда в медицинской организации. 5. Разрабатывает и организует систему контроля исполнения запланированных мероприятий. 6. Осуществляет контроль за выполнением запланированных мероприятий. 7. Проводит инструктаж работников ГБУЗ ВОКНД по вопросам организационно-методической работы, заполнения статистических документов. 8. Организует занятия, семинары, совещания, конференции по обмену опытом. 9. Организует и обеспечивает надлежащий уровень обработки и анализа количественных и качественных показателей работы ГБУЗ ВОКНД, наркологической службы региона. 10. Обеспечивает контроль за правильностью ведения документации и достоверностью, содержащейся в ней информации. 11. Руководит работой сотрудников организационно-методического отдела. 12. Своевременно представляет информацию в вышестоящие инстанции по выполнению приказов, решений, постановлений, распоряжений. 13. Знает основные аспекты деятельности ГБУЗ ВОКНД и наркологической службы региона и готовит для аппаратных совещаний результаты проведения анализа количественных и качественных показателей

Высшее образование - специалитет по одной из специальностей: "Лечебное дело", "Медико-профилактическое дело", "Остеопатия", "Педиатрия", "Стоматология", "Медицинская кибернетика" (после 1 января 2017 г. для замещения должности врач-статистик)Подготовка в интернатуре/ординатуре по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" илиПрофессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" при наличии подготовки в интернатуре/ординатуре по одной из специальностей укрупненных групп специальностей "Клиническая медицина" или "Науки о здоровье и профилактическая медицина"Повышение квалификации не реже одного раза в 5 лет в течение всей трудовой деятельности
