Составляет: - бюджетную роспись на текущий год по главному распорядителю средств - лимиты бюджетных обязательств на текущий год - проект показателей расходов местного бюджета на очередной год и плановый период - распределение планового объема бюджетных ассигнований главного распорядителя средств местного бюджета по классификации расходов бюджета для формирования проекта бюджета города и среднесрочного финансового плана города Ведет расчеты проекта бюджета на текущий год Составляет: - сметы и уточненные показатели к ним (с расчетами) при перемещении, выделении или сокращении лимитов бюджетных обязательств - письма и расчеты к ним по всем целевым статьям на каждую дату изменений Осуществляет анализ исполнения сметы расходов на каждую отчетную дату Проверяет сметы расходов, расшифровок и контрактов к ним по праздничным мероприятиям для составления заявок на финансирование Осуществляет анализ исполнения плана основных праздничных мероприятий Отдела, составляет подробную расшифровку (нарастающим итогом) финансирования бюджетных обязательств и кассовый расход по своему направлению Составляет и представляет отчеты в установленные сроки Составляет: - отчеты об использовании финансовых средств, выделенных Отделу на реализацию программных мероприятий - отчеты по требованию Финансового управления города Волгодонска и министерства культуры Ростовской области - приложения к пояснительной записке к годовому отчету Анализирует и составляет накопительные своды по фонду оплаты труда в разрезе должностей Работает в программе 1С Распорядитель Работает в автоматизированной системе делопроизводства и электронного документооборота Дело - WEB Рассматривает и готовит информацию в соответствии с запросами Финансового управления города Волгодонска, министерства культуры Ростовской области, сектора по оплате труда, уровню жизни и трудовым отношениям Администрации города Волгодонска. Осуществляет финансовый контроль: - за обеспечением правомерного, целевого, эффективного использования бюджетных средств. - за использованием субсидий, субвенций их получателями в соответствии с условиями и целями, определенными при предоставлении их из бюджетов всех уровней Ведет работу в АЦК Планирование. Формирует реестр расходных обязательств.

Должен знать - основы ведения делопроизводства; - подготовки проектов муниципальных правовых актов; - подготовки информационно-аналитических материалов; - планирования работы; - владение компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, а также необходимым программным обеспечением.
