Крупная федеральная сервисная платформа открывает набор специалистов на входящую линию поддержки Чем предстоит заниматься: Принимать входящие звонки, совершать исходящие для уточнения сведений, обрабатывать чаты и обращения по электронной почте от представителей малого бизнеса и крупных федеральных сетей Консультировать по вопросам кассового программного обеспечения, системы маркировки товаров «Честный знак» и лицензирования Фиксировать каждое обращение в системе: заполнять карточку клиента, описывать суть вопроса и свои действия Искать решение в базе знаний, при необходимости — консультироваться со старшими специалистами или переводить на вторую линию Доводить каждый тикет до закрытия: либо решать самостоятельно, либо передавать в профильный отдел с корректным статусом и описанием Что мы предлагаем: Полностью удалённый формат из любого города России Невысокая нагрузка: до 60 звонков за 9-часовую смену — есть время вникнуть и разобраться Оплачиваемый тренинг 5 дней с нуля: теория, практика в учебной системе, аттестация. Бонус за успешное прохождение Фиксированная ставка 225 рублей в час + бонусы до 5 000 рублей ежемесячно Смены на выбор: 2/2 с началом в 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 или 9:00 по МСК; 5/2 с началом в 7:00, 8:00 или 9:00 по МСК Рост: специалист первой линии старший специалист наставник Постоянная поддержка от наставника и второй линии в процессе работы Что важно: Грамотная речь — устная и письменная Уверенная работа с компьютером: несколько программ одновременно, быстрый набор текста Внимательность и аккуратность при работе с карточками клиентов Коммуникабельность и стрессоустойчивость Опыт в технической поддержке или работе с клиентами будет плюсом, но не обязателен — обучаем всему с нуля Откликайся, и на встрече ответим на все вопросы.
