Формирование учётной политики. Разрабатывает и утверждает её, исходя из специфики компании: выбирает методы учёта, формы первичных документов, план счетов. secrets.tbank.ruits.1c.rucareer.hh.ru Организация и ведение бухгалтерского учёта. Руководит процессом: обеспечивает своевременное и точное отражение всех хозяйственных операций, контролирует документооборот, работу с первичкой и регистрами. Контроль и внутренний аудит. Следит за правильностью оформления операций, соблюдением порядка документооборота и защиты информации. Выявляет и оценивает риски, которые могут повлиять на достоверность отчётности. Подготовка отчётности. Формирует числовые показатели для бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчётности, составляет пояснения к балансу и отчёту о финансовых результатах. Согласовывает отчётность с руководством и подписывает её. Представляет отчётность в госорганы и внебюджетные фонды в установленные сроки. Налоговый учёт и планирование. Организует налоговый учёт: исчисляет налоговую базу, суммы налогов, сборов и страховых взносов, составляет налоговые расчёты и декларации. Участвует в налоговом планировании ищет законные способы оптимизации нагрузки. Управление командой. Руководит работниками бухгалтерии: распределяет задачи, контролирует сроки и качество, занимается подбором, адаптацией, обучением и оценкой персонала. Финансовый анализ и планирование. Участвует в бюджетировании и управлении денежными потоками: разрабатывает финансовую политику, составляет финансовые планы, сметы, отчёты об их исполнении. Готовит предложения по повышению рентабельности и снижению издержек. Взаимодействие с внешними структурами. Представляет интересы компании при проверках (налоговой, аудиторах, банках), даёт пояснения, участвует в оформлении документов по выявленным недостачам или незаконному расходованию средств.

Профильное образование. Желательно высшее образование в области бухгалтерского учёта, экономики или юриспруденции. Опыт работы. Опыт на руководящих должностях в добывающих или финансовых компаниях, а также опыт работы с операциями с цифровыми активами. Навыки. Умение формировать финансовую отчётность, знание налогового законодательства, навыки аудиторской деятельности, аналитическое мышление.
