История компании берёт начало с 2014 года. Мы производим кондитерскую продукцию (с короткими сроками потребления) по традиционным и современным рецептурам. Наша кондитерская продукция известна потребителю по всей территории Кавказских минеральных вод Ставропольского края. Богатый ассортимент тортов и пирожных занимает лидирующие позиции на рынке. Наша компания постоянно развивается. Так, в 2021 году была построена современная кондитерская фабрика, что позволило увеличить объемы производства и расширить ассортимент выпускаемой кондитерской продукции. Обязанности: Разработка рецептур и составление технологических карт; Расчет рецептур, норм закладки сырья, выхода полуфабрикатов; Организация технологического процесса на производстве; Оформление и ведение технологической документации; Обучение персонала технологическим процессам; Внесение изменения в документацию в связи с корректировкой технологических процессов и режимов производств; Расчет норм, анализ расхода сырья, затрат времени; Контроль соблюдения рецептур; Проведение мероприятий по предупреждению и устранению брака; Проработка входящего сырья, составление актов проработки; Контроль за соблюдением техпроцессов выпуска продукции; Усовершенствование техпроцессов; Участие в разработке новых видов продукции; Контроль за условием и сроками хранения готовой продукции и п/ф; Обучение персонала технологическим процессам; Анализ и выявление несоответствия в производственных процессах (заклад сырья, увеличение, уменьшение потерь); Контроль правильной эксплуатации технологического оборудования; Контроль соблюдения работниками СанПин, правил личной гигиены.

Образование в пищевой промышленности; Знание правил и норм соблюдения санитарии, техники безопасности и охраны труда; Аналитический склад ума; Организаторские и коммуникативные навыки; Высшее образование; Знание основных СанПиНов, ГОСТов, технических регламентов; Опыт работы технологом на пищевом производстве будет вашим преимуществом.
