Формировать и размещать извещение об осуществлении закупки в единой информационной системе в сфере закупок, подготавливать разъяснения положений извещения об осуществлении закупки на основании запроса о даче разъяснений положений извещения об осуществлении закупки, формировать, направлять и размещать в ЕИС разъяснения положений извещения об осуществлении закупки, формировать и размещать в ЕИС извещения об отмене определения исполнителя, исполнять предписания, вынесенные на основании решений контрольными органами в сфере закупок, осуществлять иные действия, предусмотренные Законом № 44-ФЗ, необходимые для определения исполнителей для заказчиков

Знания: методологии проведения экспертизы закупочной процедуры и извещения об осуществлении закупки; функций и полномочий контрактной службы, контрактного управляющего; функций и полномочий комиссии по осуществлению закупок; правил документооборота и работы со служебной информацией; возможностей и особенностей применения современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий в государственных органах, общие вопросы в области обеспечения информационной безопасности; проведения закупок в соответствии с действующим законодательством о контрактной системе в сфере закупок; оптимального использования технических возможностей и ресурсов для обеспечения эффективности и результативности служебной деятельности учреждения; служебного взаимодействия с органами государственной власти и органами местного самоуправления; владения оргтехникой и средствами коммуникации; владения современными средствами, методами и технологиями работы с информацией и документами; работы со справочными правовыми системами Консультант Плюс, Гарант, Кодекс и другими; работы с информационно-телекоммуникационными сетями, в том числе сетью Интернет, работы в операционной системе, с электронной почтой, в текстовом редакторе, с электронными таблицами, работы с базами данных; работы с единой информационной системой в сфере закупок
