The posting

Ведение кадрового учёта в соответствии с законодательством и внутренней политикой компании. Ведение воинского учета. Сдача ежемесячной и ежеквартальной отчетности - ИСУ, Работа в России, АИС Статистика, БАРС. Желательно опыт работы в 1С и МОСЭДО. Ведение и контроль (регистрация) документооборота школы - входящие/исходящие документы, приказы по административно-хозяйственной и основной деятельности, распоряжения. Ведение регистрационных журналов/реестров: входящая/исходящая корреспонденция, внутренние документы Архивирование и систематизация документов. Участие в подготовке проектов локальных актов по кадровому делопроизводству. Обеспечение своевременного оформления и передачи кадровых документов в Удаленный Кадровый Центр. Оформление заявки и дальнейшее заключение договоров оказания услуг. Разработка и формирование номенклатуры дел. Осуществление контроля за правильностью оформления документов в соответствии с локальными нормативными актами в области делопроизводства. Следить за сроками выполнения и согласования документов, чтобы всё было сделано вовремя. Обрабатывать документы: принимать, регистрировать и отправлять их.

Внимательность, педантичность при работе с документами; Опыт работы 1 3 года в документообороте, в т.ч. кадровом; Грамотная письменная речь, внимательность к деталям; Высшее образование. Справка МВД Медицинская книжка Опыт работы в образовательной организации, желательно в школах на должности с аналогичными обязанностями
