The posting

1. Организовать оказание врачами детского стоматологического отделения квалифицированной медицинской помощи по соответствующим специальностям, выполнение ими перечня работ и услуг для диагностики заболевания, оценки состояния больного и клинической ситуации, используя современные методы диагностики, лечения, профилактики и реабилитации, в соответствии с Порядком оказания стоматологической помощи, Стандартами медицинской помощи и нормативными правовыми актами федерального органа исполнительной власти в области здравоохранения, соответствующих органов исполнительной власти субъекта Российской Федерации и органов местного самоуправления. 2. Составлять план работы детского стоматологического отделения и представлять его на утверждение заведующему стоматологической поликлиникой. 3. Осуществлять руководство и контроль работы персонала детского стоматологического отделения соблюдением профессиональных общепринятых стандартов и требований профессиональной этики и деонтологии медицинского работника. 4. Соблюдать и контролировать соблюдение подчиненными правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. 5. Заниматься подбором и расстановкой кадров. Распределять обязанности среди сотрудников, контролировать точное и своевременное выполнение ими служебных обязанностей, поддерживать высокую трудовую дисциплину коллектива. 6. Оказывать консультативную помощь коллегам отделения. 7. Организовать консультативно-методическую помощь врачам других специальностей по профессиональным вопросам в пределах своей компетенции.
