Техническая поддержка АСУ ТП технологических линий Организация работы группы технической поддержки АСУ ТП технологических линий (распределение задач, контроль исполнения) Участие в проектах внедрения новых систем АСУ ТП и доработки существующих Координация взаимодействия с другими подразделениями (ИТ, производство, и др.) Разработка и актуализация регламентов работы группы технической поддержки Подготовка отчетной документации по инцидентам и выполненным работам Учет изменений в конфигурациях систем АСУ ТП Обучение сотрудников, наставничество для новых членов команды Проведение технико-технологических аудитов (ТТА) Разработка проектной и эксплуатационной документации Корректировка программного обеспечения АСУ ТП Проработка и реализация интеграционных решений с МES

Опыт работы в области технической поддержки автоматизированного производства Опыт проектирования и запуска систем АСУ ТП Знание английского языка на уровне чтения технической документации Знание промышленных протоколов и сетей (Modbus RTU/ASCII, CANopen, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherCAT и пр.) Знание средств разработки прикладного ПО ПЛК (МЭК 61131-3, CoDeSys и пр.) Знание SCADA-систем. Умение вносить изменения, искать ошибки Умение работать с СУБД Опыт разработки и ведения технической документации: инструкции по эксплуатации и обслуживанию, регламенты ТО, отчеты об отказах, акты выполненных работ Приветствуются базовые знания устройства и принципов работы промышленных роботов и роботизированных линий Приветствуются стремление к изучению нового оборудования и технологий
