3.1.Содействовать повышению научной обоснованности экономических расчетов, установлению плановых показателей на основе прогрессивных технико-экономических нормативов материальных и трудовых затрат с учетом достижений науки и техники, организации производства и труда. 3.2.Руководить и координировать деятельность всех подразделений предприятия по составлению перспективных планов деятельности в условиях конкуренции в соответствии с заключенными хозяйственными договорами, разработке планов с необходимыми обоснованиями и расчетами, а также организационно-технические мероприятия по совершенствованию хозяйственного механизма, выявлению и использованию резервов производства. 3.3.Проводить работу по совершенствованию планирования экономических показателей деятельности предприятия, по созданию и улучшению нормативной базы планирования, норм расхода товарно-материальных ценностей, оборотных средств и использования производственных мощностей. 3.4.Организовывать разработку рациональных норм плановой, учетной и отчетной документации, применяемой на предприятии, а также широкое внедрение автоматизированных систем управления и вычислительной техники для проведения экономических расчетов в сфере планирования, учета и анализа хозяйственной деятельности. 3.5.Осуществлять методическое руководство и организацию работы по внедрению, совершенствованию и повышению роли экономических методов управления, расширению сферы действия внутрихозяйственного расчета. 3.6.Принимать участие в работе по совершенствованию организации производства, подготавливать предложения, направленные на повышение производительности труда и эффективности производства, укрепление хозяйственной самостоятельности и экономической ответственности предприятия.

.1.Подписывать и визировать документацию только в рамках своей компетенции. 4.2.Получать от руководителей структурных подразделений предприятия (специалистов) информацию и документацию, необходимые для выполнения своих должностных обязанностей. 4.3.Представлять интересы предприятия во взаимоотношениях с иными структурными подразделениями предприятия и другими организациями по соответствующим вопросам. 4.4.Вносить на рассмотрение руководства предприятия предложения по совершенствованию деятельности своей службы. 4.5.Вносить на рассмотрение директора предприятия собственные представления о назначении, перемещении, увольнении работников, предложения об их поощрении или наложении на них взысканий. 4.6.Требовать от руководства предприятия помощи в выполнении своих должностных обязанностей и осуществлении прав. 4.7.Привлекать специалистов структурных подразделений к решению возложенных на него задач (если это предусмотрено положениями о структурных подразделениях, если нет - с разрешения руководителя).
