- систематически вносить изменения в сводную бюджетную роспись (выписывать уведомления об изменении бюджетных назначений) по курируемому ведомству на основании уведомлений Министерства финансов Челябинской области, постановлений, распоряжений Администрации города Троицка Челябинской области, решений Собрания депутатов города Троицка Челябинской области, обращений главного распорядителя бюджетных средств; - ежеквартально проводить анализ исполнения расходов по курируемому ведомству; - ежеквартально составлять справку об исполнении бюджета города по расходам бюджета города; - представлять в УФК справочную информацию об актуальных кодах бюджетной классификации в системе удаленного финансового документооборота (СУФД); - принимать участие в составлении годового отчета и пояснительной записки к нему по курируемому ведомству; - ежегодно, в установленные сроки, составлять показатели для оценки эффективности деятельности органов местного самоуправления в части показателей, закрепленных за бюджетным отделом; - ежегодно, в установленные сроки, составлять Сведения для оценки качества управления муниципальными финансами в части показателей, закрепленных за бюджетным отделом; - вести учет писем от главного распорядителя бюджетных средств на дополнительное выделение средств в текущем финансовом году; - готовить материалы по уточнению расходов бюджета города по курируемому ведомству; - вести в установленном порядке реестр расходных обязательств муниципального образования город Троицк; Подробности на собеседовании.

На должность главного экономиста назначаются лица, имеющие среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет или высшее профессиональное образование. - знание основ делопроизводства и документооборота; знание правил делового этикета; навыки разработки проектов правовых актов, аналитических материалов; знания и навыки в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий.
