Первичная конверсия: 30-60%! (т. е. как минимум треть с радостью соглашаются и ждут вашей информации) ВЫПЛАЧИВАЕМ 20%! Вакансия: Веб-Студия ASAMA расширяет отдел продаж и ищет менеджер по B2B-продажам (для работы с подготовленной базой и высокой конверсией). Мы помогаем малому и среднему бизнесу привлекать больше клиентов и масштабироваться с помощью современных веб-решений и чистой кастомной разработки. Мы ищем менеджера, который любит закрывать сделки и умеет общаться по телефону с администраторами и первыми лицами компании. Почему эта позиция отличается от обычных холодных продаж: • Никакого случайного спама: Мы не покупаем «слепые» базы. Перед каждым звонком проводится предварительная разведка, вам заранее понятны точки роста бизнеса (устаревший сайт, слабая упаковка или его полное отсутствие при активном потоке заказов). • Не уговоры, а партнерский диалог: Вы заходите не с фразой «купите сайт», а с конкретной пользой и решением очевидной проблемы собственника. • Высокая конверсия: Благодаря точечной подготовке и наглядности ценности конверсия в интерес и переговоры в разы выше стандартного холодного обзвона - 30-60% соглашаются на рассмотреть ваше предложение. • Короткий цикл сделки: В малом бизнесе решение принимает непосредственно владелец. Сделки закрываются быстро (в среднем за 3–15 дней), расчет сразу, все официально. Чем предстоит заниматься: • Обзвон по отобранным компаниям • Презентовать решения студии. • Направлять коммерческие предложения, портфолио и вести первоначальную коммуникацию с клиентом. • Фиксировать статус контактов и договоренности в СРМ. Что мы ждем: • Энергичная, грамотная речь, уверенность в общении с клиентом. • Желание звонить и продавать! • Желательно, но не обязательно: Понимание логики B2B-продаж (опыт в исходящих контактах, IT, digital или рекламе будет сильным плюсом, но необязателен!). • Ведение карточки лида в СRМ. • Мотивация влиять на свой доход: вы понимаете прозрачную связь между трудом, результатом и заработком. Условия и мотивация: • Выплачиваем 20%! от сделки! Включая процент с предоплаты. Никакого оклада, только высокий процент! • Формат: 100% удаленная работа, гибкий график, свободный график. • Инструменты: СRМ, передаем готовую методологию разведки, скрипты диалогов, примеры коммерческих предложений и сильное портфолио с реальными кейсами. • Поддержка: плотное взаимодействие с основателем студии, оперативная помощь по всем техническим вопросам на этапах переговоров. • Для работы вам потребуется телефон и компьютер/ноутбук/планшет.
