Участвовать в организации и координации работ и мероприятий по охране труда в учреждении. 1.1.2. Участвовать в разработке и контроле за функционированием системы управления охраной труда в учреждении, в соответствии с государственными нормативными требованиями охраны труда, с целями и задачами учреждения, рекомендациями межгосударственных и национальных стандартов в сфере безопасности и охраны труда. 1.1.3. Участвовать в определении и корректировке направления развития системы управления профессиональными рисками в учреждении на основе мониторинга изменений законодательства и передового опыта в области охраны труда, а также исходя из модернизации технического оснащения, целей и задач учреждения. 1.1.4 Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением в структурных подразделениях учреждения законодательных и нормативных правовых актов по охране труда, проведением профилактической работы по предупреждению производственного травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний, выполнением мероприятий, направленных на создание здоровых и безопасных условий труда в учреждении,предоставлением работникам установленных компенсаций по условиям труда. 1.1.5. Информировать работников о состоянии условий и охраны труда на рабочих местах, существующих профессиональных рисках, о полагающихся работникам компенсациях за тяжелую работу, работу с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда и иными особыми условиями труда и средствах индивидуальной защиты, а также о мерах по защите работников от воздействия опасных и вредных производственных факторов.

знание трудового законодательства и нормативных актов в области охраны труда (включая правила промышленной, пожарной, транспортной безопасности и т.п.); умение работать с электронными базами данных, цифровыми платформами, справочными правовыми системами в сфере охраны труда; навыки разработки локальных нормативных актов (инструкций, положений), анализа профессиональных рисков, контроля за проведением инструктажей, обучения, медосмотров, обеспечения работников средствами индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ).
