Разрабатывает проекты контрактов (поставка, подряд, возмездное оказание услуг, аренда, лицензионный договор).Разрабатывает проекты дополнительных соглашений к контрактам (договорам). Осуществляет контроль за заключением контрактов между заказчиками поставщиками. Ведёт деловую переписку с поставщиками, подрядчиками.Подготавливает и направляет претензии контрагентам (нарушение сроков, недопоставка, недостача, качество, неоплата). Рассматривает входящие претензии от контрагентов: юридический анализ, сбор документов, подготовка мотивированных ответов (удовлетворение / отказ / частичное урегулирование).Ведёт самостоятельную переписку с государственными, муниципальными и судебными органами по правовым вопросам. Разрабатывает и актуализирует локальные акты по противодействию коррупции (Политика, Кодекс этики, порядок уведомления о склонении к коррупции).Подготавливает отчеты о мерах по предотвращению коррупции (по запросу руководства или госорганов). Информирует персонал о новых изменениях в нормативно-правовых актах по охране труда. Осуществляет юридическую экспертизу локальных актов по охране труда (инструкции, программы вводного инструктажа).Подготавливает позиции для госинспекции труда при проверках (участие в составлении возражений на акты).Принимает участие в разработке документов правового характера, оказывает правовую помощь при составлении юридических документов.Осуществляет проверку соответствия законодательству предоставляемых на подпись руководителю учреждения проектов приказов, инструкций, положений и других документов правового характера.Представляет интересы учреждения в органах государственной власти, иных учреждениях и организациях по юридическим вопросам.Консультирует руководителей образовательных организаций по вопросам правильности оформления приказов при сдаче табелей учета рабочего времени.Подготавливает проект коллективного договора и подготавливает документы для прохождения уведомительной регистрации в Министерстве труда и социального развития Ростовской области.Визирует документы в рамках управленческой деятельности в рамках своей компетенции.
