The posting

Проведение микробиологических испытаний бактериальных заквасок, сырья, материалов, воды, воздуха и смывов. Отбор, регистрация и подготовка проб. Приготовление разведений, выполнение посевов, инкубирование, учёт и расчёт результатов. Приготовление и контроль качества питательных сред, растворов и реактивов. Проведение микроскопии и оценка чистоты культур. Проведение входного контроля питательных сред, диагностических препаратов и расходных материалов. Ведение рабочих листов, журналов, протоколов и записей в 1С:LIMS. Информирование руководителя о несоответствиях, признаках контаминации и нарушениях условий испытаний. Участие во внутрилабораторном контроле качества и расследовании несоответствий. Обеззараживание использованных материалов и соблюдение правил обращения с биологическими отходами.

Высшее профильное образование: микробиология, биология, биотехнология, пищевая биотехнология или технология пищевых производств. Опыт работы в производственной, испытательной или микробиологической лаборатории от одного года. Знание основ пищевой микробиологии, правил асептики и предотвращения перекрёстной контаминации. Навыки отбора и подготовки проб, приготовления разведений, выполнения посевов, инкубирования, подсчёта колоний и расчёта результатов. Навыки приготовления и контроля питательных сред, работы с культурами микроорганизмов и лабораторным оборудованием. Умение работать с нормативной документацией и вести первичные лабораторные записи. Уверенное владение Word и Excel. Опыт работы в 1С: LIMS приветствуется.
