The posting

-Обеспечение функционирования СУОТ на объектах как при очном присутствии, так и с применением дистанционного контроля (видеосвязь, анализ предоставленной документации, фотофиксация); -Проведение инструктажей и контроль обучения работников (включая подрядчиков) допускается проведение инструктажей в дистанционном формате (через корпоративную систему) для части категорий; -Разработка и актуализация локальных актов по охране труда; -Оценка профрисков, ведение карт рисков, контроль выполнения мероприятий (преимущественно документарно, с выборочными выездами по согласованию); -Контроль выдачи и применения СИЗ, оформление нарядов-допусков (в т.ч. на высоте) допускается с использованием электронного документооборота, физическая проверка СИЗ может быть делегирована или совмещена с дистанционным мониторингом; -Участие в расследовании несчастных случаев и микротравм требует выезда, но при ограничениях мобильности возможна помощь ассистента или совместная работа с другими сотрудниками; -Взаимодействие с надзорными органами, подготовка документов к проверкам; -Контроль соблюдения ОТ подрядными организациями, проверка ППР в части охраны труда осуществляется документарно, с возможностью выезда по необходимости.

-Образование: высшее по направлению Техносферная безопасность либо любое высшее + профессиональная переподготовка по охране труда (не менее 256 часов); -Опыт работы в сфере охраны труда: от 3 лет, в том числе на строительных объектах; -Знание нормативной базы: ТК РФ, ФЗ № 426, Постановление № 2464, Приказ № 782н, СП 49.13330.2024; -Владение ПО: Word (оформление инструкций, актов, приказов) и Excel (реестры, отчётность, статистика); -Готовность к выездам на объекты: рассматриваем кандидатов с разной мобильностью часть функций может выполняться дистанционно (анализ документов, подготовка отчётов), а выезды (при необходимости) согласовываются индивидуально с учётом состояния здоровья; -Желательно (но не обязательно): наличие 3-й группы по работам на высоте (по Приказу № 782н).
