Обязанности: Разрабатывать, внедрять и поддерживать Систему Пищевой Безопасности в соответствии со стандартами компании, требованиями законодательства РФ и международными требованиями FSSC 22000, обеспечивать ее развитие и улучшение. Проводить анализ рисков по пищевой безопасности для сырья, материалов, производственных и вспомогательных процессов, готовой продукции. Определять Критические точки процессов, разрабатывать операционные программы управления значимыми рисками, планы ХАССП; разрабатывать и внедрять в практику Внутренние Процедуры по минимизации рисков по пищевой безопасности, инициировать и внедрять Проекты по снижению данных рисков. Лидировать/участвовать в кросс-функциональных командах по внедрению и выполнению требований по качеству и пищевой безопасности на площадке. Лидировать/участвовать во внедрении и поддержании на должном уровне стандартов пищевой безопасности (DNV, Food Safety Basic Compliance Assessment, AIB Standards, FSSC 22000, HACCP, и др. Проводить анализ результативности системы менеджмента качества и пищевой безопасности, представлять входные данные для анализа высшему руководству. Осуществлять контроль производства и внешней территории на соответствие санитарным нормам и правилам компании (GMP). ежегодное обучения GMP сотрудникам, ведение отчетности в формате электронных таблиц и разработка систем ТАССР,VACCP Аудиты Пищевой Безопасности предприятия: инициировать и лидировать Систему Внутренних Аудитов (контрольных проверок) всех направлений Сопровождать внешние аудиты системы менеджмента качества и пищевой безопасности предприятия Условия: Пятидневная рабочая неделя с 8.00 до 17.00 Полный социальный пакет Предварительный и периодический медосмотр за счет работодателя Бесплатные горячие обеды для всех сотрудников Возможность обучения и профессионального развития внутри компании Компенсация аренды жилья для иногородних или компенсация ГСМ

Требования: Опыт работы в сфере пищевого производства, глубокое понимание производственных процессов; Опыт прохождения аудитов: внутренних и внешних; Образование высшее в области производства продуктов питания, сфере менеджмента качества, химии, микробиологии; Опыт проведения профилактических мероприятий, в том числе обучение персонала правилам и нормам санитарии и т.п. Опыт внедрения эффективных мероприятий по совершенствованию системы пищевой и санитарной безопасности; Высокий уровень профессиональной грамотности, готовность оптимизировать и активно развивать процессы. Развитые лидерские качества: умение отстаивать свою точку зрения, способность быстро ориентироваться в изменяющейся ситуации, принимать эффективные решения и брать на себя ответственность
