Обязанности: 1. Обучение и развитие Проводит обучение сотрудников и админперсонала; при необходимости организует корректирующее обучение. Выдаёт и хранит должностные инструкции, сопровождает ввод в должность. 2. Операционные стандарты и качество Контролирует соблюдение стандартов рабочих позиций и операционных регламентов. Проводит мини‑ревизии, отслеживает своевременное списание и работу с отрицательными остатками. 3. Товарный учёт и закупки Корректирует и контролирует заказы с учётом пикового спроса и праздничных дней. Ведёт приёмку товара и проверку товаросопроводительных документов (при необходимости). Анализирует результаты ревизий, разрабатывает мероприятия по снижению потерь. 4. Финансовый контроль Контролирует движение денежных средств, кассовую документацию и ревизию сейфов; сверяет фактические остатки. Выполняет утверждённые планы по снижению потерь и увеличению товарооборота. 5. Аналитика и улучшения Анализирует показатели магазина (еженедельные отчёты) и предлагает/внедряет идеи по повышению эффективности. Составляет планы мероприятий по результатам чек‑листов аудитора и тайного покупателя. 6. Маркетинг и продажи Разрабатывает и внедряет мероприятия по привлечению покупательского потока и увеличению продаж. 7. Администрирование и HR Составляет графики работы и отпусков с учётом товарооборота и производительности. Создаёт комфортные условия труда, разрешает конфликтные ситуации, является примером и лидером для команды. 8. Документы и соответствие Обеспечивает порядок хранения документации для проверок и инспекций. Реализует меры по экономии (энергия, тара, расходные материалы).

С опытом работы в продовольственной рознице, не менее одного года на должности администратора магазина;с опытом управления коллективом не менее5 человек; с опытом публичных выступлений проведение собраний, планерок;с опытом участия в рабочих.
