The posting

1. Диагностика заболеваний глаз Сбор жалоб, анамнеза жизни и заболевания у пациентов с патологией глаза и его придаточного аппарата. Проведение полного офтальмологического обследования: проверка остроты зрения, рефракции (диагностика близорукости, дальнозоркости, астигматизма), измерение внутриглазного давления (тонометрия), осмотр переднего отрезка глаза и глазного дна (биомикроскопия, офтальмоскопия). Формулирование предварительного диагноза и составление плана дальнейшего лабораторного и инструментального обследования. Направление пациентов на консультации к другим врачам-специалистам (терапевту, эндокринологу, неврологу) при наличии системных заболеваний, влияющих на зрение. Интерпретация результатов обследований и установление окончательного диагноза с использованием Международной классификации болезней (МКБ). 2. Лечение и медицинская помощь Разработка и назначение плана лечения (медикаментозного, хирургического или комплексного) в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами медицинской помощи. Выполнение амбулаторных манипуляций и малых хирургических вмешательств: удаление инородных тел с конъюнктивы или роговицы, вскрытие ячменя, снятие швов после операций и т.д. Подбор средств оптической коррекции (очки, контактные линзы) для пациентов с аномалиями рефракции. Проведение диспансерного наблюдения за пациентами с хроническими заболеваниями глаз (глаукома, катаракта, дистрофии сетчатки). 3. Неотложная помощь Оказание экстренной медицинской помощи при неотложных состояниях: Острый приступ глаукомы. Проникающие ранения и тупые травмы глаза. Химические и термические ожоги глаз. Острые сосудистые нарушения в сетчатке или зрительном нерве. 4. Профилактика и реабилитация Проведение диспансеризации и профилактических осмотров населения с целью раннего выявления заболеваний глаз. Санитарно-просветительная работа среди пациентов по профилактике глазных заболеваний и сохранению зрения. Направление пациентов на медико-социальную экспертизу (МСЭ) для установления инвалидности по зрению. 5. Организационно-методическая работа Ведение медицинской документации (амбулаторные карты, журналы учета, направления). Участие в проведении медицинских экспертиз, в том числе экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности (выдача листков нетрудоспособности).
