Разрабатывает план работ, необходимых к выполнению в многоквартирных домах, на ближайший год или другой срок, утверждённый управляющей компанией. Составляет смету расходов и доходов организации ЖКХ; Создание базы данных лицевых счетов жителей и пользователей помещений в МКД; Ведущий экономист подбирает наиболее выгодный план ремонта или других мероприятий, требующих затрат; Выполняет расчёт тарифов за содержание и ремонт общего имущества в многоквартирных домах, а также начисления по лицевым счетам; Если в помещениях МКД не установлены приборы учёта, обязанностью экономиста является расчёт оплаты за потреблённые ресурсы. На основании этого расчёта УК сделает начисление платы; Экономист делает перерасчёт за оказанные услуги ЖКХ; Специалист ведёт разъяснительную работу с жителями о том, почему необходима экономия ресурсов и установка счётчиков, разъясняет экономическое обоснование тарифов за услуги по содержанию дома и за ресурсы: воду, газ, тепловую энергию, электричество; В должностные обязанности главного экономиста ЖКХ входит подготовка информации для увеличения прибыли компании, разработка стратегии развития (бизнес-план); Экономист по управленческому учёту анализирует деятельность организации, подготавливает управленческую отчётность, на основании этого делает выводы, насколько выгодна и целесообразна работа предприятия. Подготавливает план для повышения эффективности труда. К обязанностям экономиста также относится ведение учёта всех договоров, заключенных с собственниками и ресурсоснабжающими организациями; Занимается формированием и ведением базы экономических данных, ведёт нормативную базу, своевременно вносит изменения. Подбирает выгодную систему налогообложения; Определяет экономическую рентабельность внедряемых технологий, инновационных методов работы; Ведёт расчёты с ресурсоснабжающими организациями.
