Планировать и контролировать проектные работы в соответствии с программой капитального строительства, реконструкции, капитального ремонта и ремонта; Контролировать оформление заданий на проектирование с передачей исходных данных, с согласованием примененных материалов, конструкций, особых и других согласований, необходимых для успешного выполнения проектно-изыскательских работ; Контролировать и решать вопросы, возникающие в процессе проектирования, осуществляет контроль за ходом проектирования по срокам согласно графику; Решать вопросы, возникающие в процессе проведения государственной экспертизы, организовывать устранение замечаний экспертизы в проектной организации в установленные нормативные сроки; Принимать участие в решении вопросов, возникающих в процессе строительства со всеми заинтересованными организациями; Запрашивать, получать, рассматривать, делать замечания, проверять их устранение в срок по проектно-сметной документации, заказчиком по проектированию которой выступали другие заказчики, принимаемой учреждением к исполнению; В процессе проектирования решать вопросы с администрациями городов и районов, органами госнадзора, банками и другими организациями, от которых зависит решение возникающих вопросов; Контролировать и вести учет незавершенного производства проектных работ; Участвовать в производственных и других совещаниях, относящихся к деятельности учреждения; Осуществлять контроль за подготовкой заявок и разработкой технических заданий для проведения конкурса генподрядных и проектно-изыскательских работ; Принимать участие в работе конкурсной комиссии при проведении конкурсных процедур; Осуществлять руководство по исполнению обязанностей, возложенных на специалистов отдела; По поручению руководства решать все возникающие вопросы и готовить по ним предложения руководству учреждения; В рабочем порядке оказывать необходимую помощь специалистам учреждения при возникновении сложных вопросов; Давать устные и письменные распоряжения, обязательные для исполнения, сотрудникам отдела; Готовить информацию по запросам вышестоящих организаций.
