Обследование и диагностика. Сбор жалоб и анамнеза, медицинский осмотр пациентов. Выявление хронического болевого синдрома и других тяжёлых проявлений неизлечимых прогрессирующих заболеваний. Планирование и назначение лечения. Разработка индивидуального плана с учётом симптомов и клинических рекомендаций. Назначение лекарственных препаратов (в том числе наркотических и психотропных) и медицинских изделий. Оценка эффективности и безопасности терапии. Работа с осложнениями и неотложными состояниями. Распознавание и купирование острых ситуаций: прорыв боли, некупируемая одышка, задержка мочеиспускания, дисфагия, компрессия спинного мозга, передозировка препаратов. Оказание экстренной помощи при состояниях, угрожающих жизни на фоне прогрессирования заболевания. Уход и профилактика. Назначение мероприятий по профилактике и лечению пролежней, контрактур. Контроль и организация ухода за дренажами, стомами, зондами, катетерами. Диагностика и консультации. Составление плана лабораторных и инструментальных исследований. Направление пациентов на дополнительные исследования или к узким специалистам по медицинским показаниям. Экспертная работа. Определение необходимости ухода за пациентом и выдача листка временной нетрудоспособности по уходу родственнику. Подготовка документов для медико-социальной экспертизы. Работа с документацией. Ведение медицинской документации (в том числе в электронном виде): оформление диагнозов, фиксация динамики, результатов обследований и лечения. Составление плана работы и отчётов. Организационно-методические задачи. Контроль работы подчинённого медицинского персонала. Участие в мероприятиях по повышению качества паллиативной и социально-психологической помощи в отделении. Обеспечение внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности. Коммуникация. Взаимодействие с пациентами и их близкими: информирование о состоянии, динамике лечения, прогнозе. Дополнительные задачи. Использование медицинских информационных систем. Работа с персональными данными и соблюдение врачебной тайны

Пятидневная рабочая неделя, выходные суббота, воскресенье) 1 смена с 8-00 до 15-12, дежурство возможно в приемном отделении №1, с 15-12 до 08-00, суб и вос. С 08-00 до 08-00 Аккредитация Паллиативная помощь, либо по одной из клинических специальностей и ПК 144 Паллиативная помощь
