Осуществляет федеральный государственный лесной надзор (лесную охрану) лесов и федеральный государственный пожарный надзор в лесах в районе нахождения лесничества. Обеспечивает принятие мер, направленных на устранение нарушений лесного законодательства. Осуществляет консультирование физических и юридических лиц по вопросам ведения лесного хозяйства и использования лесов. Оказывает арендаторам и другим лицам, использующим леса методическую и техническую помощь. Участвует в проверке проектов освоения лесов и проверяет соблюдение условий использования лесов, указанных в Проекте освоения лесов, прошедшем государственную экспертизу. Обеспечивает контроль выполнения лицами, использующими леса, условий договоров аренды лесных договоров, договоров безвозмездного (срочного) пользования лесными участками, договоров купли-продажи лесных насаждений, соглашений об использовании лесных участков, предоставленных на праве постоянного (бессрочного) пользования. Готовит проекты договоров аренды лесных участков, договоров безвозмездного (срочного) пользования лесными участками, договоров купли-продажи лесных насаждений, соглашений об использовании лесных участков, предоставленных на праве постоянного (бессрочного) пользования. Руководит тушением лесных пожаров на территории лесничества (района). Составляет протоколы о нарушениях лесного законодательства и проверяет правильность составления протоколов подчиненными ему работниками. Ведет претензионную работу, готовит исковые заявления, а также участвует в судебных заседаниях Арбитражного суда и других судов. Готовит ответы на все представления органов надзора о допущенных нарушениях. Оформляет документы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. Организует техническую учёбу, подготовку и повышение квалификации работников лесничества. Обеспечивает выполнение мероприятий по охране труда, гражданской обороне, пожарной безопасности. Осуществляет мероприятия в сфере противодействия коррупции. Является лицом, ответственным за информационную безопасность, обеспечивает контроль за работой персональных устройств, принадлежащих учреждению, антивирусного программного обеспечения. Является ответственной по связям с общественностью. Организует и готовит материалы для проведения торгов, аукционов в соответствии с федеральным законом № 44-ФЗ. Выполняет другие задачи и функции по руководству учреждением.

Опыт работы в сфере лесного, земельного права. Знание законодательства в области лесного хозяйства, гражданского, земельного, водного законодательства. Знание законодательства и опыт работы в сфере закупок. Отсутствие противопоказаний к работе согласно приказа Министерства Здравоохранения РФ № 29Н от 28.01.2021г.
