1. Общее руководство и стратегия Осуществление общего руководства хозяйственной и финансово-экономической деятельностью предприятия в соответствии с законодательством РФ. Разработка совместно с собственниками и реализация стратегии развития компании на рынке оптовой торговли автозапчастями, включая развитие дилерской сети и увеличение территории присутствия. 2. Финансы и бюджетирование Формирование бюджета компании, контролирование расходования финансовых средств и обеспечение финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Анализ результатов управленческого учета, ответственность за финансово-хозяйственные результаты деятельности. Подготовка отчетности о хозяйственной деятельности для учредителя предприятия. 3. Продажи, закупки и склад Управление всеми каналами оптовых продаж, включая B2B-направление, развитие дилерской сети и работа с ключевыми клиентами. Организация эффективного взаимодействия профильных подразделений: отдела оптовых продаж, отдела закупок и склада автозапчастей. Контроль ценообразования, управление складскими остатками и анализ эффективности закупочно-сбытовой деятельности. 4. Персонал и структура Управление персоналом: принятие решений о подборе, найме, обучении и расстановке кадров, утверждение штатного расписания. Обеспечение эффективного взаимодействия между структурными подразделениями и повышение их эффективности. 5. Представление интересов компании перед контрагентами, в государственных органах и судах, совершение сделок от имени предприятия. Обеспечение соблюдения законности деятельности компании, сохранности имущества и исполнения обязательств.

Профильное образование. Свободное владение китайским языком: обязательное письменное и устное общение на китайском языке с китайским учредителем компании: подготовка отчетов, участие в совещаниях, презентация докладов.
