The posting

1) прием и обработка входящей корреспонденции, в том числе по электронной почте, передача ее в соответствии с резолюцией директора учреждения в отделы или конкретным исполнителям для использования в процессе работы;2) обработка исходящей корреспонденции, отправка документов по электронной почте, по факсу;3) осуществление контроля качества подготовки, правильности составления документов, которые представляются на подпись директору учреждения;4) осуществление контроля за своевременным рассмотрением и представлением отделами и конкретными исполнителями документов, поступивших на исполнение, подготовка доклада о нарушении сроков исполнения директору учреждения; 5) организация проведения телефонных переговоров директора, передача и прием информацию по приемно-переговорным устройствам (телефаксу), а также телефонограмм, своевременное доведение до директора информации, полученной по каналам связи;6) по поручению руководителя составление писем, запросов, других документов, подготовка ответов авторам писем;7) оформление приказов на командировки работников учреждения; 8) организация приема посетителей директором учреждения;9) организация учета обращений граждан, осуществление контроля за своевременным рассмотрением обращений граждан;10) документальное обеспечение, в том числе комплектование, хранение, учет документов, находящихся в приемной учреждения;11) подготовка и представление материалов к награждению и поощрению работников учреждения;12) выполнение отдельных служебных поручений директора учреждения и начальника отдела.
