1) Стратегическое планирование и реализация: - Разработка и реализация национальных стратегий в сфере услуг для обеспечения соответствия целей в сфере услуг общей стратегии компании. - Анализ рыночных тенденций и потребностей клиентов, а также корректировка стратегий в сфере услуг для повышения удовлетворенности клиентов и увеличения доли рынка. 2) Управление командой: - Руководство и управление национальной командой в сфере услуг, включая подбор персонала, обучение, оценку эффективности работы и карьерный рост. - Обеспечение наличия у членов команды необходимых навыков и знаний для предоставления высококачественных услуг. 3) Управление взаимоотношениями с клиентами: - Поддержание и развитие отношений с ключевыми клиентами для обеспечения их удовлетворенности и лояльности. - Работа с жалобами и проблемами клиентов для обеспечения своевременного и эффективного решения. 4) Управление сервисными операциями: - Мониторинг сервисных операций для обеспечения эффективности и соответствия процессов оказания услуг. - Оптимизация сервисных процессов для повышения качества и эффективности обслуживания. 5) Управление финансами и бюджетом: - Разработка бюджета сервисного отдела и управление им для обеспечения эффективного использования ресурсов. - Мониторинг затрат на обслуживание и поиск возможностей для их сокращения. 6) Отчетность и анализ: - Регулярно отчитываться перед высшим руководством о результатах работы и ключевых показателях. - Анализировать данные о работе сервиса, выявлять возможности для улучшения и разрабатывать планы действий. 7) Соблюдение нормативных требований и управление рисками: - Обеспечивать соответствие работы сервиса требованиям законодательства, нормативных актов и политики компании. - Выявлять риски, связанные с работой сервиса, и управлять ими, а также разрабатывать меры по их предотвращению. 8) Межведомственное сотрудничество: Тесно взаимодействовать с другими отделами (такими как отдел продаж, маркетинга, разработки продуктов и т. д.), чтобы обеспечить согласованность работы сервиса с другими направлениями деятельности компании. Участвовать в межведомственных проектах и предоставлять профессиональные консультации по вопросам работы сервиса.

Знание иностранных языков: китайский C2 эксперт, английский C1 свободное владение. Опыт успешной работы на линейных и руководящих должностях в китайских компаниях, умение руководить коллективом, способность быстро принимать решения; Навыки эффективного управления командой; Навыки работы в программах 1С, Outlook, Excel, MS Office, Power Point продвинутый пользователь; Знание основ российского и китайского законодательства в сфере предоставления услуг; Управленческие навыки и лидерские качества, эффективность, умение быстро ориентироваться в сложных ситуациях, принимать самостоятельные решения, ответственность, инициативность и коммуникабельность.
