Должностные обязанности Старший машинист котельной: 2.1. Осуществлять руководство подчиненными машинистами котельных и помощниками машинистов котельных. В случае отсутствия одного из подчиненных ему работников на рабочем месте ставить в известность главного инженера, при необходимости временно выполнять обязанности отсутствующего сотрудника самому. 2.2. Вести учет рабочего времени машинистов и помощников машинистов котельных, оформлять ежемесячно табель учета рабочего времени и предоставлять его главному инженеру в срок, не позднее 1-го числа следующего месяца. 2.3. Осуществлять руководство производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью котельной, подавать ежемесячно данные по каждой из вверенных ему котельных о количестве полученного топлива, о расходе топлива (угля), подпитанной воды. 2.4.Обеспечивать безопасную работу оборудования в котельной, бесперебойную выработку теплоносителя, соблюдение правил технической эксплуатации, правил техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности. 2.5.Организовывать разработку и внедрение оргтехмероприятий по повышению надежности работы котельного оборудования, снижению потерь тепловой энергии, рациональному использованию топливно-энергетических ресурсов, сокращению простоя оборудования в ремонте, подготовке его к работе в различных сезонных условиях. 2.6.Участвовать в приемке оборудования после капитального ремонта и монтажа. 2.7.Участвовать в работе комиссий по расследованию причин аварий, отказов в работе котельного оборудования, а также случаев производственного травматизма. 2.8.Контролировать сохранность и правильное использование материальных ценностей. 2.9.Организовать технический учет и анализ работы оборудования. 2.10.0существлять производственный инструктаж рабочих, про водить мероприятия по изучению правил охраны труда, техники безопасности и производственной санитарии, технической эксплуатации оборудования и инструмента, а также контроль за их соблюдением. 2.11.Участвовать в организации и проведении противоаварийных и противопожарных тренировок персонала.
