ΝΒΚ, a leading firm in the accounting industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and maintain our high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the accounting field to effectively assess candidates' qualifications. As a Recruitment Officer at ΝΒΚ, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs promptly. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the accounting sector.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline through active sourcing and networking initiatives.
  • Conduct reference and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote ΝΒΚ as an employer of choice.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably within the accounting industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting roles and qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
