About the Role

Our client, a growing multinational organization with operations across multiple markets, is looking for a Recruitment Officer based in Lahore to support recruitment for their Lahore operations and regional projects.

You will support hiring managers and the recruitment team across a range of technical, professional, operational and project-based positions, helping move candidates smoothly through the hiring process.

GCC/Middle East recruitment experience will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial competency-based interviews.
  • Shortlist candidates against approved job requirements.
  • Coordinate technical, functional and management interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend and manage job offers to selected candidates.
  • Support recruitment across multiple functions and vacancies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting as needed.

Roles You May Recruit For

A diverse range of functions, including Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Agriculture & Environmental Services, Health & Safety, Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance & Administration, HR, Project Management, and skilled/semi-skilled operational positions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple functions.
  • GCC/Middle East recruitment experience is highly desirable.
  • ATS experience required; strong Excel and recruitment reporting skills.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
