В команду аналитики в СберСпасибо (крупнейшая программа лояльности на рынке) ищем продуктового аналитика со знанием SQL. Команда управления портфелем обеспечивает дивизион “Лояльность” данными и аналитикой для принятия стратегических и операционных решений на основе данных. Мы открываем вакансию аналитика в направление клиентского опыта, который поможет нам достигнуть наших амбициозных целей. Основные обязанности: - Проведение аналитических исследований по базе в рамках направления; - Разработка предложений и мер по повышению эффективности продуктов Программы лояльности на основе исследований; - Проверка гипотез / оценка результатов по итогу анализа; - Подготовка Ad-hoc (оперативной) аналитики по запросу Руководства и бизнес-заказчиков; - Будет плюсом опыт работы с клиентскими метриками, такие как (NPS, CSI, LTV). Требования к кандидату: - Не менее 2 лет работал в качестве Продуктового аналитика/Data Analyst; - Знаешь основы математической статистики и теории вероятностей; - Имеешь опыт работы с базами данных (MSSQL / Oracle / Teradata / PostgreSQL); - Отлично владеешь SQL (join, оконные функции, простые процедуры); - Уверенно владеешь MS Excel и работал с массивами (формулы массивов, сводные таблицы, индекс/поискпоз);
