Jobomschrijving

Als Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning van een uitgebreid team techniekers. Je zorgt ervoor dat interventies, installaties en onderhoudsbezoeken efficiënt worden ingepland en opgevolgd.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij inkomende aanvragen en weet snel de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Hiervoor hoef je geen technieker te zijn, maar je beschikt wel over voldoende inzicht om situaties correct in te schatten en de juiste acties te ondernemen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks plannen en coördineren van techniekers
  • Verwerken van inkomende werkbonnen, oproepen en interventieaanvragen
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en snel schakelen bij wijzigingen
  • Correct inschatten welke technieker het best ingezet wordt
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en techniekers
  • Opvolgen van installaties, onderhoudsbezoeken en interventies
  • Oplossingsgericht meedenken bij onverwachte situaties
  • Bewaken van een efficiënte planning en optimale dienstverlening
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen planning, service en operations

Must haves

  • Ervaring binnen planning, dispatching, servicecoördinatie of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Sterk organisatorisch en analytisch vermogen
  • Je houdt van puzzelen en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende situaties
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en gezonde stressbestendigheid

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een technische serviceomgeving
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen zoals Business Central
  • Ervaring met Yellow Rock of andere planningstools
  • Affiniteit met technische producten of installaties
