Planner Industriële Reiniging

Ons klantenbedrijf is actief in industriële reiniging. De opdrachten komen vooral van bedrijven, aangevuld met beperkt particulier werk. De ploegen zuigen leeg en reinigen met hogedruk, en voeren camerawerk en inspecties van rioleringen uit. Voor de klanten zijn betrouwbaarheid, snelheid en kwaliteit doorslaggevend. Om de planning te versterken, zoeken wij in opdracht van het bedrijf een planner die de klanten en de ploegen op elkaar afstemt.

De functieAls planner ben je de schakel tussen klantcontact en operationele uitvoering. Het gaat niet om klassieke transportplanning van laden, lossen en distributie. Je koppelt de juiste wagen, chauffeur en vaardigheden aan elke opdracht.

  • Je plant en stuurt de ploegen aan op basis van de binnenkomende opdrachten.
  • Je maakt in de regel de planning voor de volgende dag op en stuurt die bij wanneer er op de dag zelf iets wijzigt.
  • Je bepaalt welke wagen, chauffeur en specialisatie bij welke opdracht passen.
  • Je houdt contact met klanten en chauffeurs over timing en uitvoering.
  • Je lost dringende aanvragen en onverwachte wijzigingen snel en rustig op.
  • Je volgt de planningsgegevens administratief op.

Een ervaren medewerker die de planning en de werking door en door kent, begeleidt je en laat je on the job inwerken. Je start dus niet alleen. Die medewerker neemt de planning voorlopig op en gaat later een overkoepelende rol opnemen. Jij bouwt je geleidelijk uit tot de vaste planner.

  • Je hebt ervaring in logistiek of planning. Ervaring in industriële reiniging is niet nodig.
  • Je bent dynamisch, pakt zaken snel op en neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Je bouwt makkelijk een goede werkrelatie op met chauffeurs en gaat vlot om met uiteenlopende mensen.
  • Je wilt je verdiepen in industriële reiniging, het wagenpark, de specialisaties en de chauffeurs.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
