Voor een toonaangevende onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Planning Coordinator.

Wie energie krijgt van het schakelen tussen mensen, systemen en deadlines, voelt zich in deze rol thuis. In een sector waar brandveiligheid centraal staat, krijgt jouw nauwkeurige aanpak een directe impact op de veiligheid van klanten én collega’s. Autonomie, korte communicatielijnen en een open sfeer typeren deze organisatie, waar je werkt aan oplossingen die er echt toe doen – elke dag opnieuw.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je coördineert dagelijks de gehele planning van techniekers, stemt af op de noden van klanten en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Bewaak, optimaliseer en stuur de planning bij waar nodig – denk aan last-minute wijzigingen, ziekte of technische problemen.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering door de servicetechniekers nauwgezet op en zorgt dat het volledige werkproces tot en met de werkbonnen administratief correct wordt afgerond.
  • Gebruik een combinatie van ERP-software (Business Central) en planningtools om het overzicht te behouden, samen met je team.
  • Je bouwt relaties op met techniekers én klanten, en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces.

Must haves:

  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring als planner, idealiter met medewerkers op de baan (bijvoorbeeld techniekers, chauffeurs of monteurs).
  • Jij communiceert vlot, denkt in oplossingen en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen mensen en systemen.
  • Structuur en overzicht bewaren zit in jouw natuur, ook als het druk of hectisch wordt.
  • Je beheerst MS Office en werkt graag met digitale tools; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je hebt zin om met collega’s én klanten mee te bouwen aan brandveiligheid in bedrijven en organisaties.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ervaring met Business Central of vergelijkbare ERP-software.
  • Affiniteit met brandveiligheid, techniek of facility management.
  • Sterke organisatorische of coördinerende ervaring in een technische context.
