What you'll be doing:

  • Identify, assess, and prioritise cybersecurity risks, maintaining an up-to-date risk register.
  • Develop and maintain the cybersecurity risk management framework, including risk treatment, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Define risk acceptance criteria and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across cybersecurity teams and critical assets.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to address regulatory requirements and develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.
  • Prepare risk management reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide risk-related support during cybersecurity incidents.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to define and monitor OKRs aligned with cybersecurity strategy and risk priorities.

You'll be a great match if you have:

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity and technology risk management, including risk assessments or audits.
  • Experience addressing regulatory requirements and developing security policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of information security standards and frameworks, such as ISO and NIST.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
