What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintain reusable IaC modules for multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Automate provisioning through GitOps, self-service workflows, and security and compliance controls.
  • Manage the infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring availability, recovery, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Define IaC standards and tests, review code, solve complex problems, and mentor engineers.
  • Use approved AI tools with careful validation of generated code, permissions, and risks.

You'll be a great match if you have:

  • Strong experience with Terraform or Crossplane, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with reusable modules, state management, GitOps, and infrastructure CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure testing, policy-as-code, security, secrets management, networking, and IAM/RBAC.
  • Familiarity with observability, compliance automation, high availability, disaster recovery, and FinOps.
  • Technical leadership, clear documentation, and the ability to drive adoption.
