Nu zoeken zij een gedreven Validatie Expert die de validatie van systemen, processen, installaties en apparatuur naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als QA Officer Validatie Expert ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het borgen van een hoog niveau van validatie binnen deze organisatie. Je werkt samen met diverse afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle systemen, processen en apparatuur voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving, vooral de farmaceutische richtlijnen en GMP.

  • Het uitvoeren van interne audits en het begeleiden van externe audits in het kader van validatie.
  • Het opzetten, implementeren en waarborgen van validatiestudies, in samenwerking met Operations, Supply Chain, Technische Dienst en QA.
  • Documenteren van alle validatie-activiteiten en de bijbehorende resultaten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen, systemen en medewerkers om de validatieprocessen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Het opstellen van procedures voor validatieactiviteiten.
  • Het beoordelen van de validatiebehoeften bij veranderingen in systemen, processen, installaties of apparatuur.
  • Zorgdragen voor de tijdige uitvoering van validatie van systemen, processen, installaties en apparatuur.
  • Garanderen dat alle uitgevoerde validatie-activiteiten voldoen aan de geldende internationale wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in de industriële wetenschappen (Biochemie, chemie, microbiologie, farmacie..).
  • Ervaring met validatie/sterilisatie is een plus.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van MS Office.
  • Kennis van de Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, is essentieel.
  • Je hebt een gedreven persoonlijkheid, met het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gedetailleerd en met oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent in staat om veel informatie te verwerken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten stellen en bent in staat om meerdere taken tegelijk te managen.
  • Je hebt een analytisch sterke, open mindset en bent bereid nieuwe ideeën te omarmen.
  • Als teamplayer werk je vlot samen met andere afdelingen om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.
