Accountabilities

  • Annotating and labeling text, images, or audio to support AI model training.
  • Evaluating search results, advertisements, and chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Creating, testing, and refining prompts to improve the performance of large language models.
  • Reviewing content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for Bosnian-speaking audiences.
  • Following project-specific guidelines and quality standards while delivering accurate, consistent work.
  • Managing assigned tasks according to agreed timelines and project requirements.
  • Reviewing project details, including scope, duration, and compensation, before accepting an assignment.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Bosnian.
  • English proficiency sufficient to understand project instructions and guidelines.
  • Current residence in Slovenia for this opportunity.
  • Confidence using digital tools and online platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.
  • Cultural awareness and an interest in language, technology, and AI development.
  • The ability to work independently and follow project-specific quality standards.
