Join a global contributor network helping shape safer, smarter, and more human-centered AI systems. This freelance opportunity is designed for Marathi speakers with strong linguistic skills and cultural awareness. Depending on your skills, you may contribute to projects involving data annotation, AI evaluation, or prompt creation. Your language expertise can help improve how AI systems understand, interpret, and generate natural and culturally relevant content. Projects can range from short assignments lasting a few days to longer engagements spanning several weeks. The work is fully remote and flexible, allowing you to choose projects that fit your skills and availability. Before each project, you receive clear information about the scope, timeline, and compensation so you can decide whether to participate.

Accountabilities:

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to support the training and improvement of AI systems.
  • Evaluate search results, advertisements, chatbot responses, or other AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Create and test prompts designed to improve the performance of large language models and other AI systems.
  • Review content for linguistic, cultural, and context-specific accuracy, helping ensure AI outputs are inclusive and human-centered.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines and quality standards while completing assigned tasks.
  • Provide careful feedback and identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or opportunities to improve AI-generated content.
  • Participate in projects that match your skills and availability, with assignments varying in scope and complexity.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Marathi.
  • Based in India.
  • Proficiency in English for understanding instructions and communicating about project requirements.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms in a remote work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle language, cultural, and contextual differences.
  • Curious about technology, artificial intelligence, language, and how digital systems interact with people.
  • Able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and maintain consistent quality across assignments.
  • Flexible freelance work that can be completed remotely.
