  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management, or customer-facing activities is advantageous.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing business requirements.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and goal-oriented approach to problem solving and project execution.
  • Professional, customer-focused mindset with the ability to establish productive relationships with sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders.
  • Competitive pay and incentives.
  • Provident fund.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Remote work flexibility.
  • Access to engaging employee programs and local events.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
