  • At least 1 year of experience handling a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Ability to type at least 55 words per minute at corrected/net speed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and punctuation.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence working with PC-based applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as basic web applications.
  • Strong proficiency and comfort using applications on smart devices such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify recurring customer issues and communicate relevant trends.

  • Fully remote work opportunity available in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.
  • Full-time schedule, generally Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
  • Potential requirement to work weekends or holidays when business needs require.
  • Competitive base salary of CAD $44,000–$64,000, depending on skills, experience, and other permitted factors.
  • Eligibility for a 5% bonus incentive.
  • Eligibility for paid time off and holiday pay.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
