This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor Oracle EPM (FCCS) - Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a senior consulting opportunity focused on Oracle EPM Cloud and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). You will contribute to strategic projects involving implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of financial consolidation solutions. The role combines technical configuration with business-facing consulting, requiring close interaction with stakeholders and users. You will translate business requirements into robust EPM solutions aligned with operational needs and market best practices. Your expertise will support financial consolidation, accounting close processes, testing, production releases, and issue resolution. The position offers a primarily remote environment with opportunities to work alongside technical and functional teams on challenging projects. It is well suited to an analytical, autonomous professional who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering measurable value to clients.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and contribute to Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, support, and enhancement projects, with a strong focus on FCCS.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into appropriate Oracle FCCS solutions.
  • Configure and parameterize Oracle FCCS according to business requirements and project objectives.
  • Support financial consolidation and accounting close processes, including consolidation rules, eliminations, foreign currency translation, hierarchies, and related FCCS functionality.
  • Participate in alignment meetings, solution definition sessions, project follow-ups, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support users during testing, validation, homologation, and production deployment phases.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, operational issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements and recommend approaches aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to investigate complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Solid professional experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
  • Demonstrated experience participating in FCCS implementation, support, and/or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation and accounting close processes.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and working directly with business users and stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of Oracle FCCS configuration and parameterization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to investigate complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a consultative capacity.
  • Proactive, autonomous, organized, and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong commitment to quality and client service.
  • Advanced English is desirable; advanced Spanish is also a plus.
  • Knowledge of other Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Tax Reporting, is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial, accounting, and consolidation processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integrations between Oracle solutions and other enterprise systems is desirable.
  • Oracle EPM-related certifications and experience with international projects are additional advantages.
  • Primarily remote work model.
  • PJ contractor engagement.
