This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant (Consultor SAP SD Sênior) based in Brazil.

Join a technology-driven environment where your SAP expertise will contribute to optimizing business processes and supporting digital transformation initiatives. As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring alignment with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. You will work across critical SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, and contracts. Your expertise in Brazilian localization, tax processes, and tax reform will help ensure compliant and efficient operations. Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate operational needs into functional specifications, system configurations, and comprehensive testing plans. This fully remote opportunity offers an initial six-month engagement, with the possibility of extension, in a collaborative environment that values technical excellence, initiative, and measurable business results.

Accountabilities:

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Identify, gather, and analyze business requirements, develop a thorough understanding of operational processes, and translate business needs into effective SAP SD solutions.
  • OTC Process Optimization: Assess and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment between system functionality, business objectives, and operational requirements.
  • SAP SD Configuration: Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities to support business operations and improve process efficiency.
  • Sales and Distribution Management: Support and optimize sales processes, including quotations, sales orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, and contract management.
  • Functional Solution Design: Develop functional solution designs that address business requirements while ensuring system consistency, scalability, and compliance with established standards.
  • Functional Documentation: Prepare detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration records to support implementation, maintenance, and future enhancements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, define test scenarios, execute functional tests, and support validation activities to ensure solution quality and process reliability.
  • Integration Management: Support the integration of SAP SD with related modules and business systems, ensuring seamless information flow across relevant operational processes.
  • Brazilian Localization and Tax Compliance: Apply knowledge of Brazilian localization, fiscal processes, and tax reform requirements to ensure SAP SD solutions reflect applicable business and regulatory needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, project stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve issues, prioritize requirements, and deliver solutions that meet organizational expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system performance, streamline workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of sales and distribution processes.
  • Professional Experience: Solid experience working as an SAP SD Consultant, with a strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities and business process requirements.
  • SAP OTC Expertise: Proven experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including quotations, sales orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, and contracts.
  • SAP SD Configuration and Design: Practical experience configuring SAP SD, analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and optimizing existing system processes.
  • Brazilian Localization: Knowledge of SAP Brazilian localization requirements, including fiscal processes and the implications of tax reform for business operations and system configuration.
  • Functional Documentation and Testing: Ability to prepare clear functional specifications, develop test plans, validate system behavior, and support the resolution of functional issues.
  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of SAP SD integration with related modules and business processes is important for delivering consistent end-to-end solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work productively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared project objectives.
  • Proactivity and Ownership: A proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, and taking responsibility for assigned activities.
  • Prioritization and Sense of Urgency: Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and respond promptly to business-critical requirements.
  • Remote Work Readiness: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining effective communication, organization, and delivery standards.
  • Contract Availability: Willingness to work under a Brazilian service-provider arrangement (Pessoa Jurídica – PJ) for an initial six-month period, with the possibility of extension.
