  • Mentor and coach team members while contributing to the broader Customer Experience organization.
  • Work effectively across multiple time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours when required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related customer-facing function, with direct post-sales engagement and customer advocacy experience.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with empathy for customer goals, outcomes, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, including the ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to customers through program reviews, business reviews, or similar engagements.
  • Direct experience with observability, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security environments.
  • Deep understanding of managing data pipelines throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new use cases that reduce, reuse, enrich, and route data to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience with data engineering or observability platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Snowflake, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Experience using Customer Success Platforms such as Gainsight is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
