This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor PHP Fullstack Pleno based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a mid-level Fullstack Developer joining a squad focused on quality, creativity, and agile delivery. You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of corporate systems while helping deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. The role combines backend development with frontend expertise, APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern software engineering practices. You will work across development, testing, homologation, and production environments, helping diagnose issues and continuously improve applications. Collaboration with analysts, architects, infrastructure, security, and support teams will be an important part of your day-to-day work. You will also contribute to modernization, refactoring, observability, and the reduction of technical debt. With a strong emphasis on autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance, this role offers the opportunity to build meaningful technology solutions from anywhere in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

  • Software Development: Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate systems, ensuring quality, performance, security, and adherence to functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Application Maintenance: Implement corrective, adaptive, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance across information systems and applications.
  • Incident Resolution: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and technical problems across development, homologation, and production environments.
  • Technical Solutions: Participate in the definition and implementation of technical solutions aligned with established architectural standards and engineering practices.
  • APIs and Integrations: Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations between internal and external systems using appropriate technologies and development patterns.
  • Code Quality: Perform code reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply software engineering best practices to deliver maintainable and reliable solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation covering developed solutions, integrations, architecture, and relevant implementation details.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate actively in agile ceremonies and development activities, contributing to planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of projects and improvements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Support unit, integration, and homologation testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet quality and functional expectations.
  • Performance and Observability: Analyze application performance, scalability, and observability, identifying opportunities to improve reliability and overall system health.
  • Modernization: Support technology modernization, refactoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across existing systems and applications.
  • Engineering Standards: Promote component reuse, solution standardization, and initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt and improving long-term maintainability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, architects, support teams, infrastructure, information security, and other stakeholders involved in technology delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure that technical, methodological, and operational requirements established for the solutions are consistently followed.
  • Education: Completed higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience working with PHP and Laravel.
  • Frontend Development: Experience with Angular and familiarity with modern web development technologies.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban.
  • Software Engineering: Understanding of design patterns, software development best practices, microservice architectures, and reusable component design.
  • DevOps and DevSecOps: Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps concepts and practices, including modern development and delivery workflows.
  • Backend and Web Technologies: Knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, XML, REST, JSON, SOAP, HTML, CSS, APIs, Web Services, and Bootstrap.
  • Databases: Experience with transactional databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle, as well as NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with source-control tools including Subversion and Git.
  • CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitLab, and Maven.
  • Containers: Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to investigate technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical topics clearly with different stakeholders.
  • Quality Mindset: Strong attention to code quality, documentation, testing, security, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in an agile, creative, technology-driven environment and adapting to evolving technical and business requirements.
