  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams to build trust, resolve ambiguity, drive outcomes, and continuously improve digital products and processes.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst delivering solutions for Medical Affairs, Clinical, R&D, or closely related functions.
  • At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation processes, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • At least 5 years of experience owning product roadmaps and using KPIs to measure, demonstrate, and communicate the value of technology solutions to scientific or medical stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of product management principles, including product vision, strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and value delivery within a regulated environment.

  • Knowledge of digital technologies supporting Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation, including Medical CRM, insight-gathering platforms, and scientific content dissemination tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multicultural and multilingual global environments.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating with ambiguity, with demonstrated resilience, curiosity, trust-building skills, and a continuous-learning mindset.
  • Outcome-oriented and naturally inquisitive, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Willingness to contribute actively to a culture centered on co-creation, innovation, empowerment, excellence, and humility.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
