The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product Marketing based in the United States.

As Director of Product Marketing, you will lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and market differentiation for an innovative digital identity and transaction security platform. You will translate complex technologies, including identity verification, cryptographic credentials, electronic signatures, and AI agent authorization, into compelling value propositions for enterprise customers. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will drive product launches, strengthen sales enablement, and position solutions to meet the evolving needs of regulated industries. You will leverage market intelligence, competitive research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance. In this strategic leadership role, you will also develop the product marketing function, mentor team members, and ensure consistent messaging across products, partners, and customer segments. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced B2B marketing leader who combines technical fluency, exceptional storytelling, and a passion for building trust in digital transactions.

Accountabilities

  • Product positioning and messaging: Own the positioning strategy and messaging architecture across digital identity credentials, identity verification, electronic signatures, online notarization, and AI agent authorization. Develop clear value propositions, proof points, and competitive differentiators tailored to banking, mortgage, insurance, and wealth management audiences.
  • Product launches and go-to-market execution: Lead end-to-end launch planning for new products and major features, including launch prioritization, readiness, announcements, sales enablement, and post-launch performance measurement. Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Sales to develop use-case strategies for account opening, high-value money transfers, real estate title and closing processes, and AI-initiated transactions.
  • Sales enablement: Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit, including pitch decks, solution briefs, discovery guides, business case and ROI resources, objection-handling materials, and product demonstration narratives. Deliver ongoing training and enablement for Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and partner teams.
  • Market and competitive intelligence: Lead win/loss analysis, customer interviews, buyer persona research, purchasing committee analysis, and competitive intelligence across digital identity, identity verification, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention. Maintain competitive battlecards and translate findings into actionable product marketing strategies.
  • Product strategy and commercial alignment: Partner with Product teams to inform pricing, packaging, roadmap priorities, and market opportunities. Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to customer identification programs, know-your-customer requirements, digital identity, and electronic notarization legislation, translating changes into relevant messaging and commercial opportunities.
  • Cross-functional content and analyst relations: Collaborate with Communications and other marketing stakeholders to develop product and roadmap materials for analyst briefings, including engagements with Gartner, Forrester, Liminal, Celent, and Datos Insights. Contribute product expertise to demand generation campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry events.
  • Team leadership and development: Manage, coach, and develop the Partner and Customer Marketing Manager while building the product marketing function over time. Ensure alignment across product, partner, and customer communications and establish scalable processes that support continued growth.
  • Performance measurement and optimization: Evaluate launch effectiveness, pipeline contribution, sales win rates, competitive performance, and market adoption. Use insights and feedback to continuously refine messaging, go-to-market programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Communications to ensure product value is clearly articulated and consistently delivered throughout the customer journey.
  • Professional experience: At least 10 years of B2B product marketing experience within SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or infrastructure companies, including at least three years leading product marketing teams and managing end-to-end product launches.
  • Enterprise marketing expertise: Demonstrated experience marketing technical or API-driven products to regulated enterprise buyers, ideally within financial services or banking.
  • Strategic positioning and launch success: A proven track record of positioning new products or emerging categories and executing launches that measurably improve pipeline generation, conversion, or sales win rates.
  • Technical fluency: Ability to understand and clearly explain complex technical concepts, including public key infrastructure (PKI), cryptographic credentials, identity verification, and fraud prevention, to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Outstanding writing, storytelling, presentation, and messaging capabilities, with the confidence to engage senior executives, enterprise customers, industry analysts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership and people development: Experience managing and developing marketing talent, setting strategic priorities, and building effective cross-functional partnerships.
  • Analytical and commercial thinking: Strong market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable business strategies.
  • Go-to-market execution: Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex launches, develop effective sales enablement programs, and align product marketing initiatives with broader revenue objectives.
  • Preferred digital identity knowledge: Familiarity with digital identity standards and frameworks, such as W3C Verifiable Credentials, ISO mobile driver's license (mDL) standards, and NIST 800-63, as well as know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
  • Preferred AI experience: Experience marketing AI-powered or agentic products, particularly solutions involving identity, trust, authentication, and authorization.
  • Preferred platform marketing experience: Familiarity with developer-led or platform-led go-to-market strategies alongside enterprise sales motions.
  • Adaptability and integrity: A collaborative, forward-thinking approach, with a commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, transparency, and building trusted customer relationships.
  • Travel availability: Willingness to travel occasionally for company summits, team meetings, industry events, and customer or partner engagements.
  • Competitive compensation: Expected total annual cash compensation ranging from $190,000 to $260,000, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
  • Annual bonus: Discretionary bonus opportunity, typically paid annually.
  • Equity compensation: Equity as part of the overall compensation package.
  • Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Insurance protection: Life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match beginning on the hire date.
  • Flexible paid time off: Unlimited sick and vacation time.
  • Paid holidays: 14 company-paid holidays annually.
  • Paid parental leave: 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Sabbatical program: Four-week sabbatical after five years of continuous full-time employment.
  • Inclusive healthcare support: Health Reimbursement Arrangements for fertility-related care and gender-affirming services.
  • Meal benefits: Monthly Grubhub credit for meals.
  • Remote work support: Monthly work-from-home stipend.
  • Professional development: Dedicated professional development credit to support ongoing learning and career growth.
  • Wellness support: Monthly wellness reimbursement.
  • Remote flexibility: A remote working arrangement that supports collaboration across teams and locations.
  • Purpose-driven work: The opportunity to shape the future of digital identity, fraud prevention, and secure transactions while contributing to innovative technology in highly regulated industries.
  • Inclusive culture: A commitment to equal employment opportunities and a workplace that values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
  • Application deadline: Applications are expected to be accepted through October 23, 2026.
  • Recruitment security: Identity verification and fraud prevention checks may be used during the recruitment process to confirm that individuals are who they claim to be. These checks are intended solely for identity verification and fraud prevention, not for evaluating employment eligibility or professional qualifications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
