As an Enterprise Account Executive – Workforce Training, you will drive enterprise sales growth by delivering eLearning and compliance training solutions to organizations in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. This fully remote opportunity offers uncapped commission potential, exposure to major industry brands, and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven business in a specialized, fast-growing market.

Accountabilities

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: Own every stage of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Develop strategic account plans: Build and execute targeted territory strategies for a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts across the United States and Canada, identifying opportunities for new business and long-term growth.
  • Generate and accelerate pipeline: Proactively source new opportunities through outbound prospecting, professional networking, industry connections, and existing relationships to establish a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects.
  • Leverage industry relationships: Use an established network within the food and beverage manufacturing sector to engage prospective customers, build credibility, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders: Identify and connect with decision-makers across operations, compliance, human resources, procurement, and executive leadership to understand business needs and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations: Demonstrate the value of eLearning, learning management system (LMS), and compliance training solutions by aligning product capabilities with customer challenges, workforce development priorities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Navigate complex enterprise deals: Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes, address objections, coordinate internal and external contributors, and lead procurement activities and contract negotiations through to successful closure.
  • Achieve revenue targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, including an annual sales quota of $800,000.
  • Drive early revenue impact: Ramp up quickly, establish qualified opportunities, and close new business early in the role while contributing to broader organizational growth objectives.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies: Use MEDDICC or comparable qualification frameworks to assess opportunities, understand decision criteria, identify risks, and improve deal progression and forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management: Use CRM platforms and sales productivity tools to track opportunities, document customer interactions, manage forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams: Work closely with senior leadership and relevant internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies, share market intelligence, and identify opportunities to strengthen enterprise growth.
  • Enterprise sales experience: At least seven years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying Account Executive role, preferably focused on enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Proven sales performance: A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, managing complex sales cycles, and closing enterprise contracts, typically worth $25,000–$75,000 or more in annual contract value (ACV).
  • Industry expertise: Experience selling eLearning, LMS platforms, workforce training, or compliance solutions is strongly preferred, particularly within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
  • New business development: Demonstrated ability to independently identify, prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities within named enterprise accounts in a self-sourced sales environment.
  • Established professional network: Existing relationships and industry connections that can help generate qualified opportunities and accelerate revenue growth are highly advantageous.

  • Consultative selling skills: Ability to uncover customer needs, understand complex business challenges, articulate value propositions, and tailor presentations to different stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Results-driven mindset: Highly motivated, disciplined, and proactive, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Pipeline and forecasting proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage prospecting activities, maintain accurate opportunity records, and forecast revenue effectively.
  • Technical proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales communication and CRM platforms, including tools such as Vonage and HubSpot.
  • Communication and negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning: Comfortable working in an evolving business environment, learning specialized regulatory and compliance requirements, and adapting sales strategies to changing market needs.
  • Location and work arrangement: Must be based in the United States. Remote work flexibility is available in select U.S. states, subject to the employer's location requirements.
  • Competitive base salary: Annual base compensation of $100,000–$120,000.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
