We are looking for a driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial Finance Operations & Strategy Associate to help shape the next stage of growth for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. This high-impact role offers broad exposure to finance, business operations, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. You will take ownership of strategic initiatives from analysis and planning through execution, helping turn complex business challenges into practical solutions. From financial modeling and organizational planning to process optimization and revenue strategy, your work will directly influence business performance. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and built around initiative, accountability, and continuous learning. Accountabilities

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve high-impact business challenges across finance, operations, strategy, and go-to-market activities.
  • End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Lead strategic projects from initial research and analysis through recommendations, implementation, and performance evaluation.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support financial modeling, revenue analysis, business planning, forecasting, and other initiatives that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Business and Organizational Development: Contribute to company-building activities, including organizational design, compensation planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, marketing, and other teams to identify growth opportunities, improve coordination, and align business priorities.
  • Process Development and Optimization: Design, implement, and refine scalable processes and systems that improve efficiency and support continued business growth.
  • Executive and Investor Support: Prepare financial analyses, strategic presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership meetings, board discussions, and investor communications.
  • Operational Flexibility: Take on a broad range of responsibilities as business needs evolve, moving comfortably between financial analysis, operational execution, and strategic planning.
  • Relevant Professional Background: Experience or a strong foundation in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, business strategy, or a related analytical field.
  • Analytical and Financial Skills: Ability to interpret data, evaluate business performance, develop financial models, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong Ownership Mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to take responsibility for projects, make decisions, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
